Oran Muduroglu

Chief Executive Officer

Oran Muduroglu joined Medicalis in January 2010 as Chief Executive Officer, bringing with him over 20 years of healthcare industry experience. A recognized leader in healthcare technology, Oran is successful at building solutions that improve the quality of, and access to healthcare information. Prior to joining Medicalis, Oran was the CEO of Health Informatics at Philips Medical Systems, where he was responsible for the horizontal clinical applications. In 1988, he co-founded and became CEO of Stentor, which was acquired by Philips in 2005. At Stentor, Oran helped redefine PACS based on a service and delivery model. In the early 1990s, he served as vice president of sales and marketing at Cemax, an early pioneer in image management and advanced visualization, and prior to that, he was a senior product manager at Toshiba Medical, where he introduced the company’s new CT scanners in the United States. Oran received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Kings College in London. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Amirsys, Vital Images and Median Technologies.

Jonathan Darer, MD MPH

Chief Medical Officer

Jonathan Darer, MD MPH joined Medicalis in October 2015 as Chief Medical Officer, bringing with him over 10 years of healthcare innovation experience. The former Chief Innovation Officer and Director of the Center for Clinical Innovation in the Geisinger Health System, Jon led the development, implementation and evaluation of initiatives in health information technology, clinical reengineering and patient-family engagement including serving as the site-PI for the OpenNotes® initiative and Medicare Imaging Demonstration Project. Jon received his BS from Harvard College in Mechanical Engineering and his MD from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. Jon completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Oregon Health Sciences University and his MPH and General Internal Medicine Fellowship at Johns Hopkins University. Jon has authored many published manuscripts including articles in the New England Journal of Medicine, and Journal of the American Medical Association. Dr. Darer currently serves on the National Quality Assurance Committee on Performance Measurement.

Guy Anthony

Chief Financial Officer

Guy Anthony joined Medicalis as CFO in August 2011 bringing with him 9 years of successful startup experience on the heels of a 22 year career at Intel. Prior to joining Medicalis, Guy served as CFO at Solaicx, a venture funded solar materials startup that was acquired by MEMC Electronic Materials. Prior to Solaicx, Guy was CFO at Quellan, a venture-funded analog semiconductor startup that was acquired by Intersil. Prior to Quellan, Guy was CFO at Stentor, a venture-funded healthcare IT startup that was acquired by Philips. Prior to Stentor, Guy held a number of senior financial management positions during a 22 year career at Intel. At Intel during the 1990's, Mr. Anthony held key positions as Group Controller for Microprocessors and Assistant Treasurer for Intel Capital. During the 1980's he gained broad financial management experience in manufacturing and sales in locations ranging from Albuquerque to Hong Kong. Guy holds a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Albion College and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Allan Swenson

Business Unit Manager, Imaging Workflow; Director, Field Operations

Allan Swenson joined in May 2015, He brings over 20 years of healthcare workflow experience in medical imaging and analytics. Prior to joining Medicalis, Allan served as Vice President of Solutions Strategy for Virtual Radiologic (vRad). He has held various lead executive and senior management positions with companies like Radisphere, Vital Images, Philips, Stentor and Teramedica. Allan got his start in the medical imaging field with Loral Medical Imaging Systems as the PACS Administrator for the Mayo Clinic in Rochester in 1995. Allan holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Minnesota.

Gary Pacheco

Director of Engineering

Gary Pacheco is a Business Unit Manager at Medicalis, focusing on the referral management and clinical decision support markets, including oversight of product quality assurance. Prior to his current role with Medicalis he was the director of engineering, principle design engineer at Aterica Digital Health, and software engineer at Cyberplex Inc. In 2013 Gary lead the product development of a next generation radiology workflow platform, through collaboration with 3 leading academic and private imaging institutions. Continually aligning product positioning and technology roadmaps with market opportunities, and truly striving to develop the “whole product”. Gary has a computer studies diploma from Grant MacEwan College, Alberta, Canada.

Derek MacNeil

Director of Technical Operations & Customer Support

Derek MacNeil joined Medicalis in 2003. He brings over 15 years of IT experience in healthcare informatics, radiology PACS, large public eCommerce and financial industries with a specialized focus on data architecture, application optimization and infrastructure design. Prior to joining Medicalis, Derek held various Team Lead and Technical lead positions with Agfa HealthCare Informatics, Cyberplex and Assante Wealth Management. Derek has an honors Bachelor of Science degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Canada.

Cleon Hill Wood-Salomon

Director of Product Management

Cleon Hill Wood-Salomon joined Medicalis in 2001. He brings over 20 years of IT experience in healthcare informatics, radiology imaging workflow, enterprise financials systems with a specialized focus on solution architecture, application optimization and workflow engineering. Prior to joining Medicalis, Cleon held various software architecture and product management positions with Cyberplex, Sun Life Insurance and IBM. Cleon has a Bachelor of Mathematics specializing in Computer Science degree from the University of Waterloo, Canada.

Jordan Halter

VP of Business Development

Jordan Halter joined Medicalis in 2015, as VP of Business Development bringing 18 years of imaging and healthcare informatics experience. Prior to joining Medicalis, Jordan held several different position at vRad from 2014-2011 including Head of Clinical Transformation, VP of Business & Clinical Strategy, as well as Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to vRad, Jordan was with Radisphere: National Radiology Group for several years as a Regional VP. Jordan was an early employee in Allocade which leveraged repair based artificial intelligence from NASA to optimize patient flow throughout a hospital. Jordan was an early employee with Stentor PACS holding numerous positions from 2000-2007, Stentor was acquired by Philips in 2005. Jordan received his BA in Marketing from University of Notre Dame and an MBA from University of Notre Dame-Mendoza College of Business
